A Modern Jabberwock

Twas SCADA and the slimey tooves
Did consult and gyre in the Room
All Flimsy were the ArTeeYews
And Field Rats all agloom

Beware the Jabber-hack my daughter
The bits that byte, the worms that lurk
Beware the heartbleed, and please slaughter
The awful frumious Trisys work

She took her Laptop Kali Free
Long time she gazed at Wireshark
So Rested by the database tree
And sat a while in thought to hark

And as in uffish thought she worked,
The Jabber-hack, with flamish blame,
Came whiffling through the tangled network,
And hackled stacks as it came

One, two! One, two! And snake and snack
The Kali laptop went tippety tap!
She left it dead, with code intact
She traced all galumphing back.

“And hast thou slain the Jabber-hack?
Come to my arms, my beamish girl!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
She chortled in a twirl.

Twas SCADA and the slimey tooves
Did consult and gyre in the Room
All Flimsy were the ArTeeYews
And Field Rats all agloom

These are Jake's notions. Don't blame anyone else for them.
